My internship mentor, his team has one of the highest ranked training in the country and he is very good at creating leaders. When he gives people tasks he tells them to "own it".
The best leader I know is my stepdad because if someone is in need of something crucial, no matter the cost, he will always help so that they can focus on the other aspects of their lives. He also asks that when he helps that they don't tell others, he never looks to be owed or brags.
The best leader I know is my mom. She is an unwavering source of good advice and she is always helping me make the right decision, as opposed to forcing me to do what she thinks I should do. I am so grateful for her guidance.
I think the best leaders I know personally are my parents because they lead me. My parents listen to my ideas while making decisions and they always plan ahead. They give me good advice and help me through hardships.
Coach Toler, For he not only teaches us and guides us, he also bonds with us and he doesn't always feel like a coach, he often feels like just a friend. Yet this doesn't mean that he isn't always nice, sometimes he is hard on us when we need it. Al of this creates a great environment to grow as a team.
