Leadership is best expressed by example. Leaders do not have to be loud and boisterous, they must simply show others they are an obedient individual and someone who makes the best decisions.
My personal definition of leadership is the ability to overcome a challenge instead of avoiding it. It is someone who works with others to accomplish great things, and is never lazy just because they can. They work to change something and they work hard.
My new definition of leadership is someone who sets goals and works hard to reach them. They help others achieve their goals and never comprise their personal values in the process.
Leadership is measured by the way you carry yourself during a task you have been given and the way you listen to others when they try to give you advice on leadership.
A leader is someone whose sole purpose in a group is to make sure everyone accomplishes their goals. They look after the group's interests and needs and maintains them throughout their time working together.
I believe to be a leader, people need to know what they are doing. This is so that leaders can tell their followers what to do and how to do that particular thing better. They need to be bold and take risks. They also need to learn from their mistakes.
A person who is organized, confident, and wise. He/She is viewed by all as someone to look up to. A leader doesn't comply to social norms, and is unique. A leader always sees the good in things (optimistic). Someone who is a problem solver, and considers all opinions when making a decision.
A leader is not someone who simply commands those around them in the times of good. It is someone who helps those around them in times were others are only worried about helping themselves.
Leadership can come through physical or verbal action. A leader is someone that not just takes action, but also listens to everybody they meet and takes the advice that person or people give them and uses it to lead
Leadership is the actions of a leader. It includes being confident, hard-working, delegate, able to communicate. Getting something done is not the only duty of leader. Leadership also include caring for other, helping, being able to take an initiative.
Someone that takes steps to benefit others even if mistakes are made. If they do make mistakes, they can learn and grow from them to better themselves and the people around them.
