my new definition of leadership includes a variety of things, such as willingness to listen to others, taking suggestions, and making a good culture in the work environment. Although there are many more to make a great leader these are the main three things that you need. You can't become a successful leader if you lack one of these things.
Leadership is the ability to master selflessness and the ability of accepting everyone’s opinion. Leadership is serving the people that work for you by giving them the tools they need to succeed. Leadership is also learning how to utilize the lessons we learned this semester, and being able to lead a group with them.
My new definition of leadership is someone who sets goals and works hard to reach them. They help others achieve their goals and never comprise their personal values in the process.
My new definition is that a leader is someone that exhibits a behavior that influences the culture in a positive manner, elevating those around them to a higher stander.
Leadership is the action of leading a group of people to their particular goal. Now during the journey to that goal, a good leader would give the tools of success to their followers.
