  6. Leadership is best expressed by example. Leaders do not have to be loud and boisterous, they must simply show others they are an obedient individual and someone who makes the best decisions.

  7. My personal definition of leadership is the ability to overcome a challenge instead of avoiding it. It is someone who works with others to accomplish great things, and is never lazy just because they can. They work to change something and they work hard.

  11. I believe to be a leader, people need to know what they are doing. This is so that leaders can tell their followers what to do and how to do that particular thing better. They need to be bold and take risks. They also need to learn from their mistakes.

  12. A person who is organized, confident, and wise. He/She is viewed by all as someone to look up to. A leader doesn't comply to social norms, and is unique. A leader always sees the good in things (optimistic). Someone who is a problem solver, and considers all opinions when making a decision.
